Meet our Team

Neil has a BA in Primary Education from Middlesex University, and has been in the education sector for the last 10 years. Neil joined STEP Academy Trust in 2021 as a senior leader in one of the Croydon school before joining the Teaching School Hub in the 2023 academic year.

Neil’s passions lie in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment. He regularly speaks about these domains at national and international conferences through the ResearchED organisation whose mission it is to disseminate the use of evidence-informed teaching to teachers. As well as this, Neil contributed a chapter on evidence-informed curriculum design in the book ‘A ResearchED Guide to Curriculum.’
