The PGTA is delivered by the University of Buckingham alongside working full-time in a STEP Academy. From September, you will be in the classroom, working with experienced teachers to help pupils from some of the country's most disadvantaged backgrounds reach their full potential. Alongside learning from colleagues within your placement schools, you will engage in a training programme from the University of Buckingham.
We have positions available in various locations across East Sussex, as well as in our South London academies. Spaces are limited, so apply early to avoid disappointment!
