Teach First backs the schools and children facing the toughest challenges. We find and train the best new teachers, placing them in the areas most in need.  And we support schools across the country serving deprived communities. 

You can look to us to support you by finding and training talented new teachers for your school this September. Once recruited, they are employed in your school and we work with you to support them across a two-year programme, that includes both QTS and a PGCE."
